Well here she is MistressAmaretsu. I tried to meet your request as closely as I could. What do ya think?
And I am sorry for the dress but let's just say there is a reason I don't live in Paris as some fancy fashion designer. But i gave it my best attempt.
As for anything people like lets just say i tried lots of new stuff here and if you have any questions ask and i will share the trade secrets. *smiles*

I used quite a few colors but the majority of it is True Blue, Light Cerulean Blue, and Parma Violet Prismacolors.
